We will send you confirmation by email as soon as we have checked your registration. You can then login and pre-order your menus.

4. Ordering

Now add your preferred catering option to your stay or use our bread roll service.

FAQ - Wallmont ordering platform

Our catering platform allows you to work up an appetite before your holiday. We will send you an email with your login details 2 weeks before you arrive. You will be able to pre-order and change your menu choice up to 4 days before you arrive.

  1. You can log in to the Wallmont catering platform using the details we send you (confirmation email). Please change the password we generated for you.
  2. Please also include everyone who will be staying in the same holiday apartment during your stay (children aged 4 or over for half-board)

Please only create 1 login for each holiday apartment.

You can now put together your individual plan from more than 25 different menus. If you have breakfast included, you will already have a full fridge when you arrive. The 3 course evening menus will be delivered to your apartment's door every day.

You will be sent a confirmation email with details of your login for wallmont.ch 2 weeks before you travel to us.

Please login and pre-order your breakfast ("standard" or vegetarian) and the evening menus. (You can still make changes until 4 days before you arrive. The system will be locked after this.)

Your breakfast will already be in the fridge of your holiday flat when you arrive. Reordering of breakfast products will be activated from the 2nd day onwards. The bread roll service and the In-House Shop will be available as soon as you arrive - There is no need for you to do anything for this until you arrive.

1. When you arrive (by 6 pm at the latest) the fridge in your holiday flat will already be full to bursting with regional ingredients for a hearty breakfast for the first 2 days of your stay.

2. From the 2nd day onwards, you can re-order any products for breakfast free of charge on a quota basis using our convenient catering platform, these will then be delivered fresh to your holiday apartment door every day. As long as it is placed in time, each order will be delivered to you the following day. You will be given a budget for the next day, not for multiple days.

3. The freshly prepared menu will be delivered to your apartment door every evening. Just pop it in the microwave and enjoy. No shopping, no cooking, no washing up – all we ask is that you put everything that was in the box and ONLY what was in the box back into the box – without washing it up of course – and leave it outside your apartment.

Please dispose of the leftovers properly and only put the empty plates and cutlery in the box.

We also offer a bread roll service. We will deliver the "Standard Package*" to you the day you arrive, on all the other days of your stay you can also decide whether you want to continue with the standard package for convenience or order individual rolls.

We will send you a daily reminder that you can still place your bread order for the following day. You can order for the next day each day.

*Standard Package:
Per person: 1x croissant, 1x roll, 1x baguette (about 500g)

We will determine your budget for reordering breakfast items based on the number of people and the length of your stay. A points system will automatically show you how much you can reorder.

This service can be booked for a minimum of 2 days so we can make sure that there are enough items for 2 days worth of breakfast (based on the number of people) in your fridge when you arrive.

The "reorder" function will be activated on the catering platform on the 2nd day of your stay, and you can reorder ingredients online in comfort.

  • Order placed by 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the following day
  • Your order will be delivered directly to your holiday apartment's door
  • The platform will show you how much you can still order free of charge using your budget FOR THE NEXT DAY
  • If you use all of your budget, you can still reorder additional items for the price shown in our in-house shop. These will also be delivered directly to your holiday apartment door.

You can choose either the meat or vegetarian breakfast for each holiday flat, i.e., not for each person. You can reorder your ingredients individually to cater for your needs. If you have selected the vegetarian breakfast option as "standard", you can still order sausage or cold meat as part of your budget.

Your wellbeing is very important to us. This is why we have tried to provide a detailed description of our various dinner menus and our products. You will find all the ingredients and recipes in the relevant product descriptions. In addition, we attach a great deal of importance to clearly labelling common allergies.

When you order your menus, you can also enter "comments" in a field. This is where you can tell us if you have any allergies, etc.

In House A – Deluxe – YES. The catering service of breakfast and à la carte evening meal is included for the whole of House A. For each person, for the whole of their stay.

In all of the other houses you have the option to book catering in addition – the only condition is that this is for 2 consecutive days, as we order the breakfast for 2 days. The evening menu also needs to be booked for a minimum of 2 days, although you can divide these up individually.

Unfortunately, we do not offer "just" dinner. However, as well as House A – Deluxe, which includes meals for the whole of your stay, we have created an optional extra in all our houses, which means that you can also benefit from our catering service (breakfast & à la carte dinner).

The only condition is that you book for breakfast on 2 consecutive days & dinner on 2 days of your choice. (We provide breakfast for 2 days). In this way, we hope to be able to offer guests who like to go to the restaurant or who like to cook for themselves an attractive service with the option of catering.

Yes, you can. You have the option to book breakfast for a minimum of 2 consecutive days. The reason for this minimum period of 2 days is that we put 2-days worth of breakfast in your fridge.

Of course, you can also take advantage of our breakfast service for the whole of your stay. When you make your booking, please just state how many days you want us to provide you with a tasty breakfast to start your day.

Any breakfast items you pre-order will be delivered no later than 7:30 a.m.

Any bread rolls you order will be delivered no later than 7:30 a.m.

Orders from the In-House Shop will be delivered every evening with the dinner menus no later than 6.30 p.m.

Orders from the In-House Shop should be paid at Reception when you leave.

You can keep everything you pay for! Perhaps you still have a bread roll left over? Then take it with you for the journey home! We try to source food in a sustainable way. We only buy what you order. We try to avoid food waste.

For the sake of the environment, we fill Birchermüsli, fruit salad and yoghurt into reusable jars. These are cleaned and reused after use.

We ask our guests to leave these reusable glasses in the kitchen when clearing out the fridge before departure.

If you would like to take home leftovers that you have not eaten, you are welcome to pick up a container at reception to take home.

Please dispose of leftovers in the normal rubbish.

If you would like to take leftovers home, you are welcome to pick up takeaway containers at the reception.

Our ordering system is built using the latest technology and we are constantly trying to improve our processes and procedures. Of course, errors may occur in the system from time to time. We therefore hope that our high level of responsiveness will enable us to meet your needs and help you with any problems you may have.

Any of your budget that has not been used by the time you leave will expire and cannot be reimbursed.

From the 2nd day onwards, you can order items for breakfast and bread rolls using your budget with ease. The budget is calculated using a points system (item value/number of people/per day). You can always order items for the next day, but not for multiple days. If you order more than your quota on any given day, you can purchase additional products from our in-house shop for the price indicated. You will have access to the budget you have available again the day after.
